LAM Technical Support

🌺 Our Purpose

In the wake of Super Typhoon Sinlaku, many in our community were left not only with physical damage, but with the overwhelming challenge of navigating assistance on their own.

At LAM, we stepped in—not as a government agency, and not as a representative of any federal organization—but as a helping hand.

We are a community-based organization providing technical assistance to individuals, families, businesses, and even organizations who need support completing applications, gathering documentation, and navigating online aid portals. We understand that not everyone has access, time, or the comfort to work through these systems alone—and that’s where we come in.

Whether you visit us at our office in Kanat Tabla, or prefer the comfort of your own space, our team is here for you. We offer on-site visits to homes and workplaces, meeting people where they are—even assisting employees during their breaks—so no one has to choose between work and getting the help they need.

Through strong community connections and partnerships, including working closely with Adi G. Martinez Roman from Right to Democracy, we help guide individuals toward the right resources and support systems, especially when navigating processes related to FEMA.

A heartfelt thank you to Ricky Altonaga of IP&E for the generous fuel gift certificates, helping our LAM Technical Support Team reach the communities we serve.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Janice Tenorio of IT&E for providing internet access and power solutions that allow our team to stay connected—anytime, anywhere, at the speed needed to serve our people.

We are here to simplify the process, to stand beside you, and to ensure that no one feels lost or alone during this time.

If you or someone you know needs assistance, please reach out.
We will do our best to be there—every step of the way.

🤍 You don’t have to navigate this alone.
