Workshop Details

- Includes: All materials, fresh flowers, and hands-on instruction.
Local Resident Rate
To qualify for the local resident fee, participants must present a valid CNMI-issued photo ID or other acceptable proof of local residency at check-in. Guests who are unable to provide proof of residency will be charged the applicable tourist fee.
